Returns & Exchanges

We want every Singhcronize drop to feel just right. If something doesn’t vibe, here’s how we support exchanges and store credit.

Eligibility

Returns (for store credit only):

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only (valid for 2 months)
  • Final Sale items are not eligible
  • Unboxing video is required for any damage/defect-related claim within 24 hours of delivery

Exchanges (for size only):

  • Exchange allowed only for the same product in a different size
  • Must follow the same condition and timeline requirements as returns
  • Exchange depends on stock availability
  • Only one exchange per order allowed
  • Final Sale items are eligible for size exchange, but not return

How to Request a Return (for Store Credit)

  1. Email us at (id) within 7 days of receiving your item
    Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos or unboxing video if relevant
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or share shipping instructions
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued (valid for 60 days from date of generation)

How to Request a Size Exchange

  1. Email (id) with your Order ID and the correct size you’d like to receive
  2. Once approved, we’ll initiate a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship
  3. On receiving and verifying the product, we’ll ship out the replacement if stock is available
  4. If the size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: First exchange or return pickup is on us (within India)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Reverse shipping cost must be borne by the customer

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Requests raised after the 7-day window
  • Products on Final Sale with no other sizes available
